When MedLetter May Not Be Appropriate
Your health and safety are our priority. There are situations where virtual medical documentation is not the right solution. Emergency conditions requiring immediate care include: chest pain, severe shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, pregnancy complications, new neurological symptoms, and serious injury.
Situations requiring in-person care: workplace injury needing formal WCB assessment, mental health crisis, need for prescription medication, need for physical examination, long-term disability forms, and complex insurance forms.
