MacEwan University serves over 19,000 students at its City Centre Campus in downtown Edmonton. With programs spanning Arts & Science, Fine Arts, Health & Community Studies, Nursing, and Business, MacEwan students face diverse documentation needs. The 2-working-day deadline for deferred exam applications makes timely access to medical documentation essential, especially during busy exam periods when the campus health centre is fully booked. Accepted for exam deferrals, assignment extensions, and academic accommodations. CPSA-registered physician. Same-day delivery. $49 flat fee.
Students must complete and submit a Deferred Examination Request Form with relevant supporting documentation. The form is available through MacEwan's website. Submit the completed form with your medical documentation to the appropriate office.
Deadline: The Deferred Examination Request Form must be submitted no later than two (2) working days after the missed exam. This is a firm deadline.
Documentation: MacEwan University requires supporting documentation with the Deferred Examination Request Form. A physician's letter confirming illness is the standard documentation. The MacEwan University Health Centre (MU Health) specifically provides medical documents for exam deferrals.
New sick-note requests are temporarily paused while we review our service. We are not accepting new orders at this time.
