If I submit at 11pm, when will I get my note?
Evening submissions are processed first thing the next morning. Most are delivered by 7-9am. If you have an early shift (before 7am), please note this and we will do our best to accommodate.
Are you actually open right now?
Our submission system is available 24/7. You can submit your request at any time. Processing occurs during extended hours, typically 7am-11pm, 7 days a week.
I need a note for TODAY but it is already tonight
No problem. Submit now and indicate that you were unwell today. Your note will document that you were assessed and found unfit for work on today's date.
What if I get worse overnight and need to extend?
If you need additional days covered, submit a new request or contact us to modify your existing note. Additional days can be added for the same $49 fee if requested within 24 hours.
