It is after 6pm. Every clinic in Alberta is closed or closing. You have a shift tomorrow and your employer expects a note. You cannot wait until morning to visit a clinic because you will already be late for work. Submit now and receive your note before your shift starts tomorrow.
Evening submissions (after 6pm) are typically processed by the next morning before 9am. If you have an early morning shift, note this in your submission and we will prioritize accordingly. Weekend evening submissions follow the same timeline.

Evening submissions are processed first thing the next morning. Most are delivered by 7-9am. If you have an early shift (before 7am), please note this and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our submission system is available 24/7. You can submit your request at any time. Processing occurs during extended hours, typically 7am-11pm, 7 days a week.
No problem. Submit now and indicate that you were unwell today. Your note will document that you were assessed and found unfit for work on today's date.
If you need additional days covered, submit a new request or contact us to modify your existing note. Additional days can be added for the same $49 fee if requested within 24 hours.
